      <li>All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains or perfume, and returned with their original tags and packaging.</li>
      <li>Please review size charts and confirm all order details before submitting. Changes are not possible once production has started.</li>
      <li>Custom and made-to-order cancellations are not accepted once production begins. Standard order cancellations should be requested promptly; policies may vary on a case-by-case basis.</li>

    <h3>B. Online, Boutique, Expo &amp; Sale Purchases</h3>

      <li><strong>Boutique &amp; Online Purchases:</strong> Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery when items meet the return conditions.</li>
      <li>Exchanges are subject to stock availability.</li>
      <li><strong>Expo Purchases:</strong> Not refundable. One exchange is allowed within 14 days when the item is in its original condition and meets the return conditions.</li>
      <li><strong>Sale Items:</strong> Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.</li>

    <h3>C. Haute Couture, Couture, Custom-Made &amp; Made-to-Order</h3>

      <li>Couture and Haute Couture pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded once production begins.</li>
      <li><strong>Custom-Made Orders:</strong> No refunds or exchanges are accepted once production begins.</li>
      <li>Customizations, including colour or design changes after ordering, incur an additional charge of 25%–35% of the original price.</li>
      <li><strong>Made-to-Order Outfits:</strong> Non-refundable. A one-time size exchange is allowed, subject to availability, within 14 days of receipt.</li>

    <h3>D. Local &amp; International Returns</h3>
    <ul>
      <li>Customers inside Kuwait are responsible for return and delivery charges.</li>
      <li>Customers outside Kuwait are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges, along with any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees.</li>
